1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at thehappyflorists.com and the services offered by The Happy Florists (a sole-trader studio based in Mumbai, India). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The Happy Florists offers: wedding floristry, keepsake preservation, floral styling consultation, floristry education (mentorship and PDF tutorials), and a shop selling dried arrangements and related products. Specific terms for each service are confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

3. Bookings & deposits

  • Wedding and keepsake bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the agreed deposit.

4. Keepsakes

  • We are not responsible for deterioration of flowers that arrive more than 48 hours after the event, or that arrive improperly packaged.
  • Natural variation in colour and texture is inherent to dried and pressed flowers and is not grounds for refund.
  • All turnaround timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the preservation process required.

5. Digital products (PDF tutorials)

  • PDF tutorials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce tutorial content without written permission.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, PDFs are non-refundable once downloaded.

6. Physical products (Shop)

  • All physical products ship via third-party courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
  • If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess the situation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction, with a clear reason and any supporting evidence. Refunds are assessed and approved at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — photography, text, design, and tutorials — is owned by The Happy Florists unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute it without permission. Sharing links to our content is always welcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Happy Florists is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services or from use of this website. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
